As the virus is transmitted through human contact we have taken the following proactive preventative steps:
* Before you check in, our Housekeeping teams are disinfecting all surfaces in your room as part of our rigorous cleaning procedures.
* Additional hand sanitiser dispensers have been set up throughout the hotel, and we recommend guests to use them before dining and when arriving back at the hotel.
* All hotel staff have undertaken re-training of best practice hygiene regarding how to minimise the risk of spreading the virus.
* The hotel is conducting temperature checks on all persons entering the building.
* The main public areas of the hotel has been treated with an anti-viral stay, with follow-up treatments every month.
* The hotel has implemented health questionnaires at check-in, with a temperature check for all guests.
Any guests experiencing symptoms such as fever, coughing or breathing difficulties are asked to contact the Front Desk for immediate assistance.
